>Implementation of Sonicwall, Sophos, Cyberoam firewalls at Client side as per the Scope of Work and there requirement.>Implemented the firewall in DB Reality, Kalyan Janta Bank, Top Security, SBI Mutual Fund DR, CDSL, Eros International etc.>Troubleshooting Client issues and suggesting them the best and optimal solutions which can secure their network and protect them against virus attacks.>Confident in installing & troubleshooting of Sonicwall, Sophos & Cyberoam Firewall and have knowledge of Fortinet and Cisco ASA.>Giving remote support and on-site support to the clients for the various firewalls and Network Solutions.>Escalating cases to respective TAC teams as and when required. >Installation of various reporting software like Sonicwall Analyzer>Conducting Meetings and POC at Client’s place and make them aware about the features and capability of the device.>Demonstrated ability to learn quickly to ever changing and new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:Requirement gathering and analysis - Coordinating with Clients and exploring their requirement in details. Analyzing the gathered data and providing solution inline with the client need.Documentation - Developing support documentation for project including - Workflows, Wireframes, Business process, process flow diagrams, business requirement documents, and so on using tools like Moqups, Microsoft Visio.SDLC - Development of projects assigned should be inline with the certain methodology (mostly followed - Agile and Waterfall model) depending on the nature of project and client requirement.Stakeholder Coordination - Coordinate with internal as well as external stakeholders of the projects for smooth functioning of the project and zero communication error.Building Strategy - Working with Marketing team for improvement of the built products and insights for new versions of the same.Project Management - Handle all the phases of the SDLC starting from requirement gathering, development, Testing, UAT, deployment, delivery and maintenance, along with the teams involved. Keep a track record of all the activities followed up during the life cycle using open source project management tools. Resource Management - Assignment of the work with guidance from Project Manager to the team and track the same on Project Management tools.
