Key responsibilities include:• Involved in Global Procurement Process identifying potential suppliers and negotiate during the course of vendor selection process. Conducts the procurement management process, procurement audit and procurement documentation. • Responsible for review of IFC (Issued for construction) drawings prepared by design contractor as per the approved schematic design and related specific codes.• Responsible for carrying out design calculations such as Pump head calculations, External static pressure calculations etc. for verifying the equipment selection.• Responsible for preparation shop drawings for various mechanical systems such as Heating ventilation & Air-conditioning system, Firefighting system and Drainage & Plumbing system.• Responsible to carry out mechanical system installation as per approved shop drawings by properly coordinating with site work force and other departments such as Civil, Structural, Architectural and Electrical.• Estimation, preparation and assignment of resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment and tools required for all mechanical related works prior to work execution. Work execution, monitoring and follow up.
