Training and Development StaffResponsibilities:- Conduct correspondence and data filling regarding the training conducted- Create employee training schedule- Publishing training schedule- Preparing and documenting training conducted- Preparing data data needed for activity reports and training effectiveness- Evaluate training result

Organization Talent and TrainingResponsibilities:- Develop the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for Performance Management System, Internal -Recruitment, Employee Mutation & Rotation, and Employee Evaluation, etc for 2020- Handling Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for all employee (WIG & Balanced Scorecard)- Make a final presentation for PMS, Internal Recruitment, Employee Mutation & Rotation, and Employee Evaluation for 2020- Recap the recommendation for Person Evaluation- Recap employee's evaluation (PKWT - PKWTT)

Responsibilities for verifying photos of volunteers in a census

Responsibilities :- Assist on psychological assessment for resident and their family- Observing psychological tests- Observing the group therapy of resident - Profiling and scoring psychological test results and archiving resident data- Do research for my academic purposes, it includes interview with some teenager resident.
