Payroll Processing Knowledge• Having a vast experience for Fidelity web based Payroll Process System for US Payroll Payments and Taxes.• Working on Workday Software operating system for India Payroll Services that incorporate payroll payout data integration.• Cloud Pay Soft is just know integrated in Year 2019; and having integration experience since Jun 2018.• Reviewing a day to day errors on integrated data. Work on it and resolve before a deadline.• Review end to end result of Payroll Payout and free from errors.• Having knowledge about a various payroll processing system like SAP, Oracle, ERP, Workday, Fidelity, NGA, Cloud Pay etc.• Assists SNL’S accounts payroll team, processing salary, employee payments, and monthly reconciliation of accounts payable. • Assist in the completion of accounting entries in Great Plains in a timely manner.• Assists payroll manager in the preparation of payroll entry information for India, US, UK, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia & Sweden Entities for standard bi-weekly payroll and bonus payouts. Posts payroll and bonus payouts to the general ledger and posts accruals for payroll and bonuses each month.• Review and balances payroll summaries that included a Tax Return, Pension, ESIC etc. As required by the payroll manager. Review and maintains bi-weekly payroll reports. • Maintains commission spreadsheet and calculates bi-weekly commissions for database salespersons. Posts commissions and commission accruals monthly.• Review, Time Tracking summaries of employees that included a Leave, PTO, Termination etc. and maintains bi-weekly, Monthly and Annual Records. • Administers the time, attendance, PTO application Provides training to employees on the same. Resolve queries of Employees relevant to Claim and reimbursement.
