As a Telemarketing & Customer Service, I act as an important link between the client's business and the potential students. My responsibilities is to approach the students from free class or Foundation class to upsell the course. Also I need to have a good communication and provide a solution to help the client make a good improvement for the business based on Student's expectation.

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Greeting clients as they arrive, coordinating their check-ins to assigned rooms and informing them about the hotel's facilities. Ultimately, I was managed guest services and our hotel's image by answering guests' requests and making sure our visitors are satisfied.

From escorting guests to table to assisting in arranging reservations, I also ensured a pleasant and satisfying time at the restaurant. I also handle guest complaints, assist with the check-in process and explain all facility.
