• responsible for implementing the Africa Corporate Governance program with total value of $7.5m; covering: Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Cote D’Ivoire, Senegal, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Ethiopia & South.
• supported the creation of the Women on Board and Business Leadership Training Methodology, and the SME Governance Guide, deployed to over 300 women and 100 SMEs respectively.
• directed the effort to build capacity for over 25 partners institutions across Sub-Sahara Africa, which involved organizing training of trainers for over 360 trainers, resulting in follow-on training for over 5,000.
• led a large, multicultural cross-continental team, which aided the development of academic CG curricula for 4 business schools
• managed the team that supported 6 regulators across Africa to promulgate 4 regulatory policies and build CG supervisory capacity, which enhanced the regulatory infrastructure.
• built strategic relationships and engaged with key program stakeholders (sector leaders and senior government officials) across 12 African countries, gaining support and buy-in for a series of development reforms.

• established and grew the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (G.R.C.) Practice, developed the G.R.C. framework and methodologies, estimated portfolio of $1m
