Sales Engineer
CurrentCustomer Consultation & Solution Design:- Meet with customers to understand their technical needs and propose tailored solutions, focusing on chillers and thermofluids.- Collaborate through the design process, adjusting designs to meet customer requirements and ensure operational success.Sales, Quotation & Negotiation:- Respond to RFQs, identify appropriate chillers based on specifications such as cooling capacity, temperature range, and power requirements.- Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.- Coordinate lead times and delivery schedules with manufacturers to ensure on-time product delivery.- Sell additional products, including thermofluids, by providing customized recommendations from various suppliers.Service & After-Sales Support:- Address customer service issues, including repairs, upgrades, and modifications.- Determine whether issues require onsite support or workshop servicing and coordinate with service engineers for timely resolution.- Provide detailed quotations for repairs, discuss solutions with customers, and finalize service agreements.Collaborative Problem Solving & Project Management:- Work with internal teams (engineering, service, and production) to resolve customer challenges and meet project goals.- Use CRM to track customer interactions, monitor service requests, and ensure follow-up for timely and effective service delivery.
