As a Senior Strategic Account Manager I am responsible for Business, Commercial and Educational sales for Best Buy for Business. We Leverage the Best Buy brand in assisting companies with Streamlining, forecasting and acquisition of their technology needs. Our goal is to help create strategic partnerships and develop long term relationships. We also have a robust assortment of the latest and greatest technology for both IT and AV spaces. We stretch from the 4 walls of our Best Buy stores to our expanded assortment of pro-grade and commercial products. Primary Responsibilities;• Increasing client retention by enhancing the client experience• Growth of key strategic accounts within the enterprise• Development of client new acquisition programs through efficient prospecting strategies• Strategic account planning and development to drive increased revenues and profits• Training and mentoring of employee onboarding process
