Senior Agile Coach Manager with a leadership role within an organization focusing on driving and implementing Agile methodologies and practices at Scale. Having a Direct Report Coach in the IT CoE MX (Tijuana) and responsible for coaching and mentoring Agile teams, managers, and executives to adopt Agile principles and practices effectively and coordinating internal development tools and mechanisms to measure continuous improvement across the organization.As a Value Stream Coach, I also support guiding to help embody a Lean Agile Mindset, where is important to identify key areas of improvement within the Value Streams.
