Fleet Management:• Review and update vehicle insurance.• Prepare monthly vehicle consumption reports.• Review vehicle log sheet every month and submit to finance.• Review hard copies of vehicle on board files.• Supervise and monitor the vehicle tracking system.• Responsible for vehicle rentals.• Supervise Drivers and carry out reviews.Warehouse Management:• Receive goods and crosscheck the quantity and quality with the goods receive note• Maintain and ensure that the stock cards are updated on daily basis.• Conduct monthly physical count of the items in the warehouse.• Dispatch goods from the warehouse using appropriate MC procedures, Store release form, Waybills.Administration:• Renewing of office and residential agreement, drafting lease contracts for expatriates residence, and raising property lease initiation request for both expatriates residence and guest house.• Updating lease tracker and carrying out maintenance in expatriates houses and liaising with landlords when necessary.• Raising Master Agreement request as well as generating scope of work for different vendor contract.• Supervising vendors in ensuring that all jobs and request from program and operation staff are carried out effectively.• Preparing monthly diesel report and Overseeing the operation of generators as well as monitoring the servicing schedule and ensuring that they are maintained and serviced as at when due and fully operational at all times.Assets Management:• Log in all, code and tag assets in the asset register.• Coordinate with procurement and finance in identifying all details of assets.• Responsible for the maintenance of the assets.• Conduct quarterly asset reconciliation with finance.• Conduct quarterly surprise asset check in all field office.• Assist and coordinate project staff on inventory issues.• Assist in providing end of project report on inventory and equipment list, locations and status.
