Art Road Trip is a touring project visiting 18 places across the UK. Working with 24 local arts organisations to create community-led arts projects. In each location, we’re designing events for people with the least access to creative opportunities and the arts. Over the year, our mobile art studio will host around two hundred public events and work with thousands of people to bring accessible, inclusive and fun creative workshops across the UK.

- Liaise with, clients, stakeholders, shipping companies, freelance art technicians and conservators.- Manage the live storage database of objects and artworks.- Create invoice documents for month end, working with the finance and administration department.- Specialist art handling knowledge which has given me invaluable skills as an art technician- Collect and deliver objects and artwork from galleries, museums, foundations, and clients.- Install and de-install artworks on-site.- Specialist knowledge of conservation and packing materials to carefully store and pack works.- Managing stock and inventory in the studio.- Conducting condition checks of objects and artworks for both the studio and clients.- Within this role I am also lucky to work closely with the conservation department and assist on conservation projects

- Liaising with collectors, clients, arts institutions, stakeholders, and artists.- Dealing with the galleries online and physical archive. This requires re-formatting files on their existing system and researching artworks so that I can update the database. - Creating and managing guest list for private events - Updating and maintaining portfolios and CVs of artists represented by the gallery as well as the gallery website.- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Suite, WordPress, Send In Blue and Rhizome.

This position requires me to:-Carry out weekly copy writing producing blog posts and reviews on topics on exhibitions, the art market, artists,and social issues relating to the contemporary art scene.-Find content for our Instagram, Twitter and Facebook that adheres to the company branding and designguidelines whilst boosting engagement on all platforms.-Use Mailchimp to design and send out the weekly newsletter-Create art focused Quizzes that are shared on our website and social media using involve.me software

- Delivered a series of four online workshops for secondary schools across London surrounding the theme of community. The commissioned workshops aimed to give the young people a chance to creatively reflect, share and celebrate their communities and the effects Covid-19, Lockdown and the Black Lives Matter protests had on them.- Delivered a series of 12 workshops across primary and secondary schools in the borough of Westminster exploring themes of: Love and Unity, Climate change, Their Future and Equality, using mono printing. The outcomes of the workshops with City Lion have been showcased at the Saatchi Gallery as part of the young people’s submissions to an exhibition and publication.
