The first two graduating classes collectively secured more than $31 million in scholarships. • Utilizing perseverance and vision, led the school’s growth from 195 students, 28 total faculty/staff, and a $2.6 million budget in year-two, to 244 students, 45+ faculty/staff, and a $4.8 million budget through year-five. • Successfully navigated the school through the pandemic when the business model requires students work at local businesses to generate 45% of the school’s revenue.• Helped lead the cultivation and acquisition of more than 75+ businesses partners as part of our core-school model where students work five days per month to help pay their school tuition. • Oversaw income growth of development (fundraising) funds from $1.6 million to $2.5 million over four years, growing our donor base from 253 to 760. • Successfully worked with a 20-member Board, helping mature Board practices and procedures. • Managed high-level relationships with the national network and the OKC archdiocese.

Directed aerospace-related projects in Oklahoma and led the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Technology Center (MROTC) development for Boeing, including the program development, lease negotiations, and construction for Trammell Crow Company and Battelle. This one-of-a-kind aircraft hangar build-to-suit, connected to Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, required forming a public/ private partnership of federal, state, county, municipal, chamber, US Air Force, and industry leaders to achieve needed stakeholder and political support.
