Positions ranging from Design Engineer to Engineering Department Manager and most recently Sr. Program Manager.Capable of ‘hands on’ type of work as well as ‘meetings in the boardroom’.Proficient at managing projects...new product development, specific projects, continuous improvement, scheduling, cost analysis and reporting.Experience in manufacturing environments ranging from specific jobs to high speed production. Strengths are in metalworking (roll forming, stamping, welding, assembly, machining), aluminum die casting and injection molding.The management of Quality Systems, ISO/QS/TS certifications, APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, 5S, Kaizen and VA/VE activities.Responsibilities as Engineering and Program Manager included cost analysis and reporting, capital investment, ROI, product cost, estimating, tooling, equipment, cost of Quality and department budgets.
