A results driven consultant with more than 35 years of experience in the Utilities Industry, working in the areas of Work and Asset Management, Resource Scheduling, Storm Management, and Mobile Workforce Management. I have an in-depth understanding of utility solution products and how they are applied to meet client business needs.Prior to joining CGI at the beginning of 2011, I have extensive experience in requirements gathering, workflow processes, data analysis, testing, training and project rollout. This experience includes working with CGI’s ARM suite of products since the first implementation of Work Manager (WMIS), as well as Operational experience managing storms and various emergency events.
