Assist the Art Director in creating web/social media graphics for campaign sales promotions• Work with the President and the Art Director in creation of marketing concepts for campaigns• Provide support to customers: track domestic and international orders, respond to inquiriesabout campaigns and merchandise, coordinate orders as needed with domestic andinternational warehouses, update orders and stock information via warehouse website portal• Responsible for customer service Twitter account• Liaison with the warehouse staff to resolve problems with shipping, stock management,returns, damaged items, missing orders, and any other issues that arise• Create, edit, and maintain product sales pages for the Stands US and international websites inShopify• Create and maintain a donation program via AirTable; connect customers willing to donatecampaign items to other customers unable to afford to purchase the items themselves

— Design flyers, posters, and print graphics for programs and events at Riverside— Design large-format material, such as banners and backdrops, for programs and events— Collaborate with Riverside department leaders to design material that suit their specific needs, while also adhere to established branding guidelines— Create layout designs for all printed material for internal programs and events, including worship bulletins, brochures, pamphlets, and booklets— Design programs for external special events, such as funerals and memorial services— Collaborate with external clients and vendors to create material needed for specific projects, and ensure all designs adhere to established branding guidelines— Update and maintain content on the Riverside Church Web site— Create web graphics for social media, digital advertising, and other web-based presence — Maintain Riverside Facebook page, including creation of events, uploading of graphics, scheduled posts, etc— Layout electronic communications, including hyperlink images, e-mails, and invitations, to promote and advertise programs and events— Repair, restore, edit, and otherwise manipulate all images as needed for specific projects— Assist the Director of Communications in all media-related duties, including coordinating photographers and press representatives for events— Proofread all printed material created for programs and events— Perform all administrative duties for Departments of Communications and Media (until 2015)
