Oversee the repairs of units that come into the pump shop. This includes, but not limited to motors, pumps, control valves, dusters and accumulators; Tiefenbach and Hauhinco unloaders and dump valves; , Fletcher repairs, Kamat repairs, and Deron Product repairs, as well as a variety of other pieces of equipment that need repaired or replaced. Also building brand new pumps, motors and control valves for sale through our sister company.

Oversee the warehouse, supply, shipping and receiving departments. Also, procure the goods needed in inventory used to repair and manufacture units. Supply holds millions of dollars of parts used for internal repairs and manufacturing of units, as well as for sell to customers. The warehouse holds units that are repaired for service exchanges and also new manufactured units to sell to customers. Shipping and receiving is a non-stop activity that involves inter-company shipments (OH, PA, UT, WY and WV sites); daily UPS deliveries/pick-ups; freight deliveries/pick-ups that involve both local and international deliveries.Most all new and repair jobs come through supply where parts or units are pulled and distributed to proper shop. Parts are issued against the job, and marked for purchasing is it is a non-stock part or low inventory. Large jobs are staged in warehouse as parts filter in to complete for mechanic to build.Service exchange units are brought to supply to be put into inventory and stock counts are adjusted to reflect this addition and repair costs are adjusted.After shipments are opened, counted and checked against the purchase orders, they are then received in and purchase orders are corrected against packing slips or invoices.

Coordinate, oversee, source components and materials for projects from beginning of phase to the completion of the entire project. Work with engineering, management, and workforce to see that the projects get done in timely manner and try to solve any issues that arise.

With inventory control i would constantly monitor parts and update system to keep accurate counts which accounted for millions of dollars in on-hand supplies. In purchasing, i run reports showing counts of inventory and purchase items used consistently and maintain those counts to avoid delays, along w/ ordering anything else for job specific items ranging from raw material to a complete assembly.
