I excel at providing timely, clear, complete, accurate and operationally useful legal support to business stakeholders and decision-makers. I am diligent and tireless in my advocacy on behalf of my client, as well as being equally comfortable working externally or internally--up, down and across the organization to help the company succeed. My clients have included privately and publicly held highly regulated entities-- government contractors, EPC and EPCM constructors, financial services, banks, manufacturers, energy (O&G, nuclear and renewables), engineering and design, medical device and medical providers, and professional services organizations. I have represented and supported those clients through exceptional legal and compliance pressures, including representing clients in single and panel arbitration, bench and jury trials in federal and state courts, administrative law court matters, and successfully appealing matters on behalf of those clients to both federal and state appellate courts.Without exceptions, my greatest pleasures in the practice of law are assisting clients in the successful resolution of their issues, helping to implement lessons learned and identifying process improvements. The combination of in-house experience and outside counsel experience ensures that I will diligently maintain alignment between legal and business strategy, while guarding against unexpected legal cost growth and profit erosion.
