Being a part of the Security Industry since 1995 it’s been a pleasure utilizing my talents in sales and management throughout the United States to achieve profit and growth objectives in the security integrator sector, with manufacturers, and ultimately, end users. My unique career track has provided professional growth by rotating through various positions starting as a field technician, Account Executive, and Business Development Manager at the Integrator level. After 10 years as an integrator I was afforded the opportunity to work on the manufacturer side of the business, starting as a Field Sales Engineer, and then moving to District Sales Manager, Solutions Sales Manager, and Sales Director for several manufacturers. Each of these opportunities allowed me to gain the valuable knowledge needed to understand all aspects of the security industry. Throughout my career I have utilized my experience and expertise to help major manufacturers (and end users) increase revenue and market share along with profitability. I have been able to achieve these objectives by using a consultative selling approach to develop strategies, set goals, create processes, and track results. Building teams and trusting others to do the right things, all the while making difficult decisions, when necessary, are key to achieving business objectives which directly contribute to increased profit margins and creating an improved customer experience. I have developed my customer database through my ability for building long-term relationships, and by maintaining credibility with my Integration Partners, Distributors, AE&Cs and End Users. The everyday mentality of making sure the customer is more important than anything has proven to work for years, and I continue that mantra each day.I’m proud of what I have accomplished in the security industry, but also realize, and expect of myself, there is much more to come. Continuing to exceed objectives and personal goals, including quota attainment, revenue gains, increases in profits and performance, product forecast accuracy and sales tracking are all daily commitments, and my purpose.
