As a Market Expert, I was a homeowner’s only in-person point of contact to evaluate their needs and assess whether or not Sundae was a good fit for their situation. I was able to empathize with homeowners who may be in a time of need and help to guide them through the home selling process. I determined the homes ARV (After Repair Value), SOW (Scope of Work), and typical investor margin to arrive at a market range for investor purchase. Our private Marketplace helped home sellers sell their home as-is for top dollar in the wholesale environment. I utilized Salesforce (CRM) to manage leads for continual followup and process opportunities throughout the pipeline to a successful conclusion.

After years as an independent agent/owner, I joined a team within the brokerage (KW, eXp). Having the systems, processes, coaching and accountability in place, as a Sr. Real Estate Specialist I worked with both sellers and buyers in the sale and purchase of property. Executing lead generating levers of open houses, circle prospecting, web leads, networking, etc., converted leads to appointments to signed agreements to contracts to close. Provided market analysis, property valuation, pricing strategies, staging, marketing, negotiation, and consultation to my clients. Keeping abreast of market trends and opportunities, I offered multiple options to my clients - traditional sale (MLS), wholesale or iBuyer options, cash offer programs for buyers and sellers, rent-to-own options for buyers, etc.

I started my real estate journey in 2005 managing rental property, repair and restoration. Becoming a Realtor in 2006, I began serving clients in the sale and purchase of properties as well as flipping homes in the Austin area. After moving back to the DFW area, I became a licensed home inspector and helped build a successful multi-inspector firm. After 6+ years inspecting thousands of homes, teaching inspectors, clients and Realtors on all aspects of the home inspection in the real estate transaction, I returned to my passion of helping clients through all aspects of the residential real estate transaction. With my diverse background as a Realtor, Certified Master Inspector and TREC Instructor, I provided a level of service, experience and knowledge that made each transaction a smooth and successful process.
