Working with Enterprise Architecture group within Walmart’s Information Systems Division. Currently conducting Capability Heat Mapping, Capability Object Revision, and other work as necessary on the Business Architecture Foundations team. Other primary responsibility is to administer OpenText’s Knowledge Exchange and ProVision product. Act as a ProVision expert for business process workflow, and simulation for the Enterprise Architecture area. Documenting capability heat mapping in workshops Reviewing, revising, and authoring new capabilities for the enterprise Recommending process engineering changes for the Architecture Foundations team Administering Knowledge Exchange Acting as an advisor for ProVision modeling tool Reviewing and recommending updates to Walmart’s current modeling language

Contracted to NASA, Integrated Enterprise Management Program (IEMP) create/design/reengineer an Enterprise Architecture (EA). Also providing EA leadership for the entire EA team. Responsible for business process analysis and reengineering, and ensure compliance with FEA and OMB guidelines. Also tasked with assessing existing governance/policy, and make recommendations for any necessary changes needed to bring governance/policy in alignment with existing NASA HQ enterprise architecture and FEA/OMB requirements. Responsible for meeting existing GAO compliance requirements through analysis and assessment reporting. Team leadership includes human resource management, and task assignments. Created analysis reports from Enterprise Architecture documents, such as gap analysis, strategic planning, risk assessment, human capital planning, and impact assessments using Provision and Visio tools. Instrumental in presenting analysis and assessment reporting resulting in driving adoption of new processes and reengineering of existing processes. Responsible for business process reengineering meeting facilitation for multiple IEMP departments. Responsible for populating and maintaining ProForma Provision EA repository Assisted in creation of ICD’s and Use Cases Certified in Agile Methodology as a Scrum Master

 Acted as gatekeeper for all NASA Competency Center requirements, managing all requirements documents through the use of requirements management tool Requisite Pro. Ensured all requirements gathered by Business Analysts met the NASA criteria for testable conditions and had proper traceability from lower level requirements to high level requirements through out all Competency Center Projects.
