Managed a cross functional team of production engineers (up to 12), a production supervisor, and aseembly/test technicians (up to 35) to produce a highly complex medical laser device which performs LASIK eye surgery. System contained an Excimer Laser system, closed loop laser tracker system (based on Star Wars technology), and advanced video processing.

Production Support for Missile Guidance Systems, primarily in the area of Analog Electronics and Servos. Familiar with 1st Generation FLIR Systems (Common Module), inertial stabilization systems, CO2 and YAG lasers, and test equipment for each. Provided vendor interface as well as customer support. Main programs were CF-LLADS (Canadian Forces Low Level Air.
