Additionally, we conducted source vetting and internal security polygraphs for the Iraqi Federal Police and the Ministry of the Interior. This was the first time the Federal Police had utilized polygraphs in the source vetting process and was met with a high degree of success.We designed an internal affairs screening testing protocol for Iraqi examiners to enhance internal security in that country and supervised the administration of those examinations.I was able to instruct Interview and Interrogation classes to our Iraqi polygraph students and instructors, as well as 54 members of the Federal Police, in a manner that was consistent with the Rule of Law.We trained, graduated and certified 24 Iraqi examiners in the use of the polygraph and we certified 4 Iraqi Polygraph Instructors, which provided for the sustainability of the polygraph program in Iraq. -
