Responsible for all aspects of Customer Service and Technical Services.Running the Day-to-Day operations of Printer Break/Fix repair for Parkland Hospital and all RMT Locations. (Jail Health, Schools, Clinics etc.)Coordinating and maintaining the relationship with the customers, other IT team partners and IT management for Parkland Hospital and RMT locations.Determine staffing requirements, and Interview, hire and train new employees.Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties for Parkland Hospital and RMT locations.Determine all parts and Machines needed to maintain repairs and the highest level of customer service at Parkland Hospital and RMT locations.Order and inventory all parts required to perform printer repairs for Parkland Hospital and RMT locations.Maintain a tracking system (ITSM) used by Parkland Hospital to track the level of service calls at Parkland Hospital and RMT locations to insure the highest level of Customer service and to Meet SlA's.
