Manage system implementations and ongoing production support for the Finance Division. - Manage the support of financial applications, ensuring critical applications are appropriately supported.- Serves as a liaison between Information Technology Division and the Finance Division.- Manages the development of products through the system development life cycle, including user requirements, vendor evaluations, acceptance test plans, and associated documentation.- Manages various cross-functional teams across the Information Technology and Finance Divisions.

- Managed the support of 25 unique financial applications used by the Trade Desk, Capital Markets, Financial Operations and Treasury groups that are deemed mission critical. Direct report staff supports 51 applications in total.- Managed a hot-site for disaster recovery of these mission critical applications. Oversaw the re-write of disaster recovery scenario document. Managed the offsite D/R tests.- Managed projects, identifying and documenting system requirements, detail design, vendor relationships, third party developed software purchases, application development, testing, training users/staff and providing ongoing system support.- Managed various cross-functional teams across the IT and Finance Divisions.- Administrative responsibilities included annual staff reviews, promotion recommendations, job description updates, staff hiring interviews and recommendations.

- Managed up to 15 developers, business analysts, QA testers and consultants throughout all phases of implementing the Principia Analytic System (PAS). Responsible for identifying resource needs and related administrative duties including hiring, training and staff evaluations.- Met with upper management from the user groups on a monthly basis to keep them informed on the progress of the project.- Managed the conversion and parallel testing of all debt, derivatives and investments to Principia. - Provided business and technical support for the Principia Analytic System.- Oversaw the business analysis and report development of PAS, streamlining the Accounting, Finance, Capital Markets, Investments and Credit departments.- Oversaw the documentation of dataflow design for the 4 main legacy systems and numerous ancillary systems being replaced by PAS.
