Particular attention paid to processing efficiency and quality.• Responsible for Freddie Mac’s debt and equity issuance and administration, e.g., Domestic and Euro Reference Notes, Reference Bills, Discount Notes, Estate Notes, Callable Debt. Worked closely with debt traders and external agents on product design and administration• Oversaw the Securities Allocation Management and Cash Pooling areas. These responsibilities include the original issuance of all mortgage-backed securities and settlement and issuance of all re-securitized mortgage securities products • Managed the Investor Inquiry call center for mortgage backed and debt securities until April 2005 when the unit was consolidated with Investor Relations call center with a corporate reorganization.• Serve as the primary interface and relationship manager with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Depository Trust Clearing Company (DTCC), Securities Industry Automation Corporation (SIAC), Intex, Bloomberg and various other vendors related to mortgage backed securities. • Served on the Steering Committee for the corporation’s Operations Redesign effort to expedite the timing and quality of data used in financial reporting. Serve as the Operations’ representative to the Corporate Data Governance Committee. Helped to design data quality reporting for consumption by downstream users across the company.
