SAP Plant Maintenance Module experience including the creation, change, and dismantle of equipment/functional locations, multi-level Bill Of Material creation, task list generation, document addition, Maintenance Plan creation as well as maintenance strategy development. Previous project at Mohawk Flooring included a complete dismantle of current PM module; Re-creation of all master data (functional locations, equipment, work centers, planner groups, task lists, maintenance plans, and new maintenance strategies) for input into S/4 Hana, barcoding equipment and functional locations for use with Fiori App, and loading technical documents, drawings, diagrams, and job plans into SAP to be viewed via ipad by technicians. Current project is creation of new functional location structure including 5000 + assets, work centers, planner groups, task lists, maintenance plans, etc as current employer is moving from InFor to SAP. Tracking of nearly 100 maintenance technicians as it pertains to training/competencies, Reliability KPI focus.
