Representative Matters:• Clark Enterprises: Advised the owner and appeared before the City of College Park with regard to University View I and University View II being one of the first student housing projects serving the University of Maryland.• Hanover Companies: Served as lead counsel to develop “Domain College Park” near the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.• Monument Realty: Served as lead counsel to develop “Monument Village at College Park.”• Camden Properties: Served as lead counsel to develop “Camden College Park” apartments.• Keane Enterprises: Served as lead counsel to develop Cambria Suites/CVS and the “Ally by Alta” apartments.• Riverdale Park Station/Whole Foods: Served as lead zoning counsel to develop a mixed-use community anchored by Prince George’s County’s first Whole Foods Market containing apartments, townhouses and a variety of retail.• Washington Post Printing Facility: Assisted the Washington Post and The JBG Companies in the development of the state-of-the-art printing facility transforming the former Clark Construction yard located near the City of College Park, into a productive commercial/industrial use.• Bowie Crossing and Brandywine Crossing: Served as lead counsel for two large retail projects developed by Faison in the City of Bowie and in southern Prince George’s County. Obtained City Council, Planning Board, and County Council approvals necessary to rezone land from office and industrial zoning classifications to permit much-needed retail development totaling more than 1 million SF.
