As a Healthcare Recruiter for Fresenius Medical Care, I Provide direction to properly develop and implement a Resource Staffing plan for an FMC Business Unit. Working closely with line management, we develop recruitment program initiatives to fill vacant positions. As part of the recruiting team, we work together to maintain all networks inside and outside the organization to support applicant training and partner to retain and grow talent pool inside the FMC organization.I am personally held accountable for the coordination of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring all levels for FMC. Through regular meetings with FMC field management, we assess current and future recruitment needs then help develop and coordinate the recruitment strategy for geographic regions using web, direct sourcing, networking, community, career fairs, campus interviews, and advertising.

Responsible of all Human Resources functions for our 170 employee LTAC Hospital located within East Jefferson Hospital and our new facility in Kenner. Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the pay systems as it relates to bonuses and raises. Makes recommendations to Senior Management on the most cost effective Benefit programs for the organization; Coordinates the Benefit open enrollment process and handles all benefit questions for the entire Hospital. Leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices for all clinical personnel for the hospital to ensure a superior workforce; Implemented and developed our on-boarding, new hire orientation program. Partners with Departmental managers to communicate HR policies, procedures, and employment law as they relate to Employee Relations. Payroll administrator responsible for the company’s time and attendance and Payroll system; Data entry for all time and attendance and personnel transactions such as new hire, termination, leave of absence, benefits deductions, garnishments, etc.

Responsible for filling all open positions within First Trust Corporation, which includes FBT Branches, FBT of MISS Branches, and People’s Bank. Also, open positions within Innovus (ATM Company), Capital Trust Mortgage, and Columbus Properties. Through the Job Analysis Process, responsible for creating new job descriptions and working with Management through the approval process. Conducts new hire orientation explaining the HR functions within the organization. Strong working knowledge of Benefits, Compensation issues, and other HR related topics. Developed a system for Band/Grade Selection with appropriate Salary Ranges in regards to Compensation. Provides market data on all job descriptions and are constantly evaluating these descriptions for true market value as it relates to our labor market. Will make recommendations to Management on salary adjustments or job family reclassifications after Market Data Analysis.
