At both Keystone and Grosvenor Fund Management I have been responsible for all Transactions, Asset Management, and Portfolio Management activity in the US. Prior to joining the Grosvenor, I held positions of increasing responsibility at PREI for almost 20 years. In my last position at PREI I led the northeast acquisitions team, focusing on equity and mezzanine real estate. Strategies include core, value add, and opportunistic plays. Before my role in acquisitions, I managed several institutional single client accounts valued at approximately $3.6B. These accounts invested in multiple property types through the US focusing on value added strategies. I was also involved in the launch of a private REIT and a commingled insurance company separate account. Earlier in my career, I gained asset management experience over an extended time as an Asset Manager, leading a team in the management of a large national portfolio of varied property types. I started my career in accounting and earned my CPA. Currently licensed in Maryland.
