As Market Leader and Managing Principal of SRS Industrial - Atlanta, I am responsible for the company’s growth and lines of service, including brokerage, asset management, capital markets and consulting. I am an active “player-coach” on the transaction front, a recruitment leader, and enjoy developing individuals professionally, while steadfastly focusing on SRS Industrial’s growth plans throughout the Southeast. Over my twenty years of experience in commercial real estate, I have led global corporate services teams to support clients listed on the Fortune 500, built over 9 million square feet of build-to-suits for clients, including complex food and packaging manufacturing facilities, initiated new supply chain distribution centers for clients across North America and developed real estate strategies for users whose requirements range from site selection to construction issues to simple leases or sale/leasebacks. While I best fit in the industrial sector because of my passion for manufacturing, I also represent many clients whose needs include general consulting, asset management, and production facilities. Further, my experience in heavy civil construction is beneficial to clients as it relates to infrastructure, ground-up construction and process management.
