I have been employed since 1970. My first job was in the grocery business, and continued until 1982.At that time I became owner of a reprographics business. I sold and serviced graphic art equipment, sold and repaired surveying equipment, and did commercial blueprinting, and printing. I employed ten to twelve people to help run the business.After I left the reprographic business, I was self-employed. I repaired and serviced graphic art and surveying equipment until 1995, at which time I returned to school to complete my degree in business administration and eventually earn a multiple subject credential.In 1997 I began my teaching career, and I am still teaching for Clovis Unified School District.I have a side business creating rustic furniture and small pieces from reclaimed wood.My other passion is working as an aircraft marshaller for military airshows. These shows have, at times, included modern jet aircraft, World War II aircraft, and high-performance planes. I have been doing this for thirty- four years.
