Responsible for managing the marketing efforts for CBT’s Consumer Long Distance business with AT&T. Assisted in Product Management efforts for the terminal equipment relationship with Lucent Technologies and CBT’s Data Network Provider program.

Responsible for the consultative sales and account management activities for 25 of the Company's largest accounts. Included the selling and implementation coordination of solution sales.* Honored as Master Club Award winner in 1992, 1993 and 1994.

Responsible for the Marketing Department’s Finance, Budgeting and Accounting activities, including the analysis of revenue, capital and general equipment budgets, conducting financial analysis, and the administration of sales compensation.

Responsible for the management of product markets (PBX, Key Systems, Voice Mail, etc.). Included Product Plan development, maintaining supplier relationships, new product rollouts, financial and profitability analysis, the development of promotional, incentive, pricing and competitive positioning strategies, and the general support of the sales and service.

Responsible for meeting with personnel from every department within the Company's Management Trainee program.
