As a leader within the creative technology department at Erwin Penland, I make sure that our work stays on the cutting edge of technology and continues to meet client marketing and technology requirements. As the development supervisor over the digital team at Erwin Penland my responsibilities included hiring and training of the development team as well as expanding our capabilities to include new technologies and skills that our clients required. I oversaw the .NET, PHP, UX, and Flash development teams as well as continued taking a hands on developer role when required.

As the lead developer of Erwin Penland's Interactive team my role was to architect, plan, and develop all digital projects that the team produced. In addition I worked with other team leads in hiring and planning of the department.

While Entigo is currently focused on support of their existing warranty chain management software, they at one time had a client services group focused on development of client facing websites, portals, and customized interfaces to their product. My responsibilities included new business pursuits, project planning, and management of the client side development team. Clients included Michelin, Caterpillar, and Harley Davidson.

The Alpha Course is a 10 session class offered in churches across the globe with their North American offices based out of NYC. Developed and maintained http://alphana.org while working with international partners to overhaul the global network of sites. Assisted in setup and training of Alpha courses at the national level.

Omnicall was a CLEC that specialized in providing telephony and Internet services to local residences and businesses. Responsibilities included development of new service offerings as well as streamlining internal communications between Omnicall and Bellsouth.
