In this role, I manage, mentor and educate a small team of Sales Representatives as we procure tenant rep, landlord rep, and investment business. Additionally, I develop marketing and investment sales materials and assisted in the rebranding and redevelopment of our marketing materials targeted at Office clientele. I also organized and created a successful e-mail marketing campaign.I am very detail-oriented and created proprietary spreadsheets to assist with analyzing potential property acquisitions. I also created a large database of institutional real estate investors, lenders, sellers, private equity firms, and corporate tenants. Additionally, I assist clients by completing thorough financial analysis and financial modeling.

Colliers International specializes in office, industrial, retail, hotel, residential and mixed-use properties, driving more than $2.3 billion dollars in annual revenue in 2014.Hired as an Associate in 2003, I received the Tender Foot Award after just 9 months in this role and was quickly promoted to Director in 2005. As Director, I represented various tenants in office lease transactions totaling over 300,000 SF and I originated over 500,000 SF of off-market office building sales transactions. As Director, I received the Costar Power Broker Award for 2 consecutive years.In 2008 I was promoted to Senior Director. In this role, I oversaw the management, education, and development of a sales team and coordinated and developed successful sales presentations to win client accounts. I was tasked with securing accounts from national and international companies with respect to handling their real estate requirements globally. I represented national and international corporate tenants and landlords in leasing, subleasing, purchasing, and the sale of commercial office property.Additionally, I managed and developed our marketing system to include customized targeted email campaigns and bulk email campaigns. This role with David Rosen Associates was my introduction to real estate. I assisted in the valuation of single family and multi-family homes, cooperative apartments, and condominiums.

As a Traders Assistant with Kabrik Trading, I received, tracked and facilitated the execution of orders for New York Stock Exchange securities from various financial institutions. I generated institutional accounts with a minimum capital requirement of $200MM from various money managers and hedge funds, providing them with the ability to place equity orders directly to the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. Additionally, I secured several institutional money management accounts, including one account with $8BB+ in Equity (Stock) holdings.
