As the former VP of People Operations at Biscom, a secure fax and messaging platform, I partnered with the executive team and private equity investors to align the people strategy with the business goals and the company values--resulting in a successful exit for all stakeholders. Prior to Biscom, I was the Director of People Operations at ATP Information Services, a software and services company that provides solutions to the aviation industry. There, I was responsible for overseeing the global human resources function, including compensation and talent, performance management, employee engagement, and coaching managers. I also led the integration of people processes and systems after the merger with another private equity backed company.
