CurrentI oversee client projects with main account biopharmaceutical company. I gain and use pharmaceutical knowledge to forge relationships with departments and gain new business. I determine client needs and utilize various industry tools to achieve objectives and suggest new developments. I complete online marketing campaigns, congress trainings, new hire trainings, seminars, and traditional marketing initiatives. I administer (create, produce, direct) projects for training at national meetings, tradeshows and intra company communications. Key Accomplishments:- Learned biopharmaceutical knowledge including industry regulations and procedures to promote client. - Served as consultant and project manager for 2.5-year new hire online training project. Training included 25 online training modules to educate employees on disease states and new indications for company’s drugs. Oversaw intra company procedures such as RC, timelines, submissions, approvals, and compatibilities. - Utilized Adobe Connect Platform to write, produce, and direct live broadcasts for monthly meetings and national sales field team; decreasing the need for onsite meetings, eliminating travel expenses, and saving time. Broadcasts completed in six weeks included outlines of training materials, live hosts, pre-recorded video segments, and knowledge quizzes.- Developed online “Speaker Programs” for industry certified members to speak on behalf of drug/pharmaceutical companies thus reducing travel costs for attendees and creating engaging training event.
