1. Recruitment:Carry out recruitment activities according to the Company's recruitment process for all levels:- Set a recruitment plan.- Conduct recruitment according to the approved plan.- Interview, evaluate candidates and submit to the Head of Human Resources Department.- Conduct job invitation letters according to company regulations.- Report the recruitment situation to HRM.- Build the candidate database system.2. Training:- Implement training as planned: integration training, training on company culture.- Needs analysis and training planning.- Update training materials.- Support to build, monitor and improve the training process.- Monitor and evaluate the employee's work performance after completing the training program.3. C&B:- Implement timekeeping control; expenses, salary calculation and bonus for all employees of the Company.- Monitor the signing of labor contracts, re-signing, terminating and storing labor contracts of all employees of the Company.- Regist to increase or decrease labor.- Monitor collection and payment of insurance premiums, compare monthly social insurance agencies.- Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting Department to settle with the social insurance agency monthly.- Handle sickness and maternity regimes...- Carry out procedures for granting and recording insurance books for employees.- Perform other tasks related to the social insurance regime.4. Corporate culture – Administration- Develop company documents, culture and policies appropriate to each period.- Support to build processes and put them into operation, continuous improvement.- Develop cultural programs and activities towards core values and company goals.- Organize company events: travel, health check, periodical meeting, employee birthday,...- Gork with agencies and departments to implement and resolve necessary procedures when required.
