As a Capacity Planner, I optimize resource allocation across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, ensuring projects are staffed efficiently while maintaining flexibility to meet changing demands. I drive transparency and cross-department communication and contribute to the company’s growth by aligning resources with operational and financial objectives. - Maintain master data sets that run staffing responsibilities across multiple regions, which include managing staffed positions, vacancies, positions on hold, headcount across offices and accounts, and more.- Coordinate staffing requests, swaps and backfills, and personnel planning at the project level with managers.- Work with people managers and delivery managers to communicate internal openings on time and ensure candidates are properly reviewed and vetted and successfully brought onto new projects.- Understand staffing needs with minimal information and be able to differentiate technical profiles to propose the best fit for each request- Manage different sources for staffing which include recruitment, internal transfers, contractors, partners, and more.- Produce relevant information related to any aspect of staffing in a timely manner upon request from senior leadership.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for APAC roles, leveraging Greenhouse expertise.- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify and secure top talent swiftly.- Spearhead the organization and execution of key company and branding events, enhancing company culture and external engagement. (Company Trip, Year-end Party, Town Hall, Mid-autumn event, etc; Branding events such as Event week of CEO visits, Tech talks, Women in tech workshops, Job Fair, etc)- Administrate the company's Facebook presence, crafting dynamic content and serving as the APAC marketing liaison.- Create compelling visual materials for corporate communications using Canva.- Foster strategic partnerships with educational institutions and tech communities, and manage vendor relationships.- Drive strategic capacity planning, adeptly managing customer demands through to project assignments. Experienced with Salesforce, Sisense, Google Sheets, and internal systems.

- Provide full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technical and non-technical roles.- Partner closely with hiring managers to gain an in-depth understanding of positions and ensure excellent execution of the hiring plan.- Experienced in identifying top talent using online sourcing and networking tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.- Develop recruitment content and design job posters to attract appropriate candidates on professional networking platforms.- Conduct interviews with candidates by assessing their knowledge, skills, the potential for greatness, and cultural fit with Wizeline; build a talent pipeline for recurring and future roles. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System.- Maintain good candidate experience by promptly communicating and scheduling candidate interviews throughout the hiring process. Solid experience with heavy interview scheduling across time zones.- Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and interview process efficiency. - Be a Wizeline ambassador at all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing to final offer negotiations.

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to help candidates through the interview process.- Keep candidates informed of the progress of applications and requisitions.- Schedule interviews and meetings (phone screens, technical interviews, on-site, etc.)- Welcome candidates, provide hospitality, and ensure the interview day experience is positive; make sure the candidate gets an accurate picture of what life is like at Wizeline.- Sourcing and screen profiles not only for the technical positions (Software Engineer: Front-end & Back-end, QA Engineer, DevOps, Project Manager, etc.) but for non-technical positions also (Sales Representative Manager, Talent Ambassador, Financial Accountant, IT Help Desk, etc.) - Conduct preliminary screening calls with candidates from Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, etc- Generate weekly reports related to Talent Acquisition.
