A little about me…• I focus on creating new channels, partnerships, and strategic opportunities by building relationships across the medical device and diagnostics markets.• I have a bias towards action and have been blessed with amazing success in growing revenue and profitability, strategy and corporate development, new product realization, major cost reduction programs, and mergers and acquisitions.• I know what it takes to build pipeline, solve problems and I play the game to win.My story…I was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. I have been happily married for years, have two grown sons, and three spoiled dogs. I graduated with honors from Virginia Tech with a degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and received management certification from the Darden School of Business.I have significant experience in the medical device and diagnostics markets, beginning work as one of the first employees for a start-up company known as Specialty Blades. Following evolving roles in Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Business Development, I led the launch of a new medical device division, called IncisionTech.In early 2011, Cadence Science, IncisionTech and Specialty Blades were combined to create a truly unique partner for the healthcare and life science markets... This full-service contract manufacturing company now goes to market as Cadence, Inc.Something that not many people know about me is that I have a passion for college football, especially when it relates to Saturdays in Blacksburg, Va watching the Hokies play.
