He has held leadership positions with or consulted for companies including Nike, Intel, IBM, Coke, Franklin Covey, Soar, BluNovus, Everspire, Profluent, Amplified Minds, Walmart, Edward Jones, Fidelity Investments, Medecision, and the Women’s Information Network. Chip also spent over a decade with Verisk Analytics and Xactware, a $2B leading data analytics provider, where, as part of the senior leadership team, he played a significant role in driving innovation and growth; helping lead Verisk Analytics to be named by Forbes as one of the most innovative companies in the world in 2015 and 2016.Chip’s passion for helping develop people and leaders also extends to working with youth and is a big factor in his love of coaching youth sports including football, basketball, baseball, and soccer. He has also served in elected community positions including as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Draper City Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Directors for Alta Youth Football. Chip received a BA from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Utah.Chip has four children and currently resides in Utah.
