Not counting a mid-'90s flirtation with becoming a psychologist and a modest attempt at rock-and-roll stardom, the bulk of my career has been an upward journey through architecture/engineering/construction marketing, communications, business development, strategic planning, and most recently, client experience, feedback (Net Promoter System), and loyalty/growth. My passion lies at the intersection of Business Development and Client Experience, specifically the long-game opportunities available to relationship-based businesses like architecture/engineering/construction. I find fulfillment when engaging clients to learn our strengths and weaknesses, translating those learnings to project teams, and coaching colleagues to improve relationships in real-time.
