We handle the disposition of real estate assets for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, U S Marshalls, and numerous private banks and asset management companies.We have a professional network of property managers including locksmith, renovation and repair contractors, lawn servicers and electrical and plumbing inspectors. We have 3 dedicated bpo agents who inspect property and conduct on-time and accurate bpo's. We also have a Contract Compliance agent who ensures all contracts and addenda are complete and submitted on time. Our designated listing agents ensure the most market exposure possible for every asset to get it SOLD quickly and at the best price.We also have a team of traditional real estate agents who work with both Buyers and Sellers. They work to give personal and professional sales service and are knowledgeable in the unique New Orleans area market.
