* Co-owner of a new serious workout facility in Rockwall that opened a week before a state-wide lockdown. Although the pandemic permanently shuttered 1/3 of all US gyms, we built an awesome community of like-minded people. We blew past 1000 members in the first year and zoomed past 1500 soon after that.* Nominated “emerging business of the year” by the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce.* Winner of the best gym category of the 2021 Best of Rockwall awards.* Sold my share of the gym in 2022. The gym had passed 1800 members at that point.

• On assignment with Toyota, I provided Senior Scrum Master, Agile, and program management consulting to Toyota's Connected Technologies organization. This includes leading several matrixed teams integrating 3rd party solutions and vendor content into a DevOps infrastructure (back-end and front-end development) as well as working with vendors to prioritize issues and deliverables. I also worked to set up a DevOps community of practice (CoP), help facilitate organization-wide retrospectives, and improve processes and activities around upcoming integration testing with vendors.• On assignment with Daimler Trucks, I served as senior program manager consulting on software quality strategy, project delivery, SAFe practices, and process improvements for their telematics program.

• As a Scrum Master, I lead four DevOps teams within Capital One's Auto Finance Tech organization contributing development (loan offer generation; car inventory; marketing infrastructure, data analysis, AI, business applications) and AWS cloud-based platform support to Capital One's consumer automobile finder and loan approval digital platform (https://www.capitalone.com/cars/). I also co-facilitated organizational team building events and hackathons.

• As an Agile Coach, I led and mentored a Kanban team of engineers responsible for network firewall support, load balancer support, and network support. Team also supports firewall and load balancer changes for data center-to-AWS cloud migrations.• As an Agile Delivery Lead, I led a multi-site, matrixed team of network, video, and voice engineers to plan and commission new SOHO sites for home/remote offices of the top 20 executives at Capital One.• As a Scrum Master, I led and mentored an additional Agile team of engineers responsible for network resiliency testing (router failover testing of Capital One devices off-premise at vendor locations) as part of a SAFe release train responsible for resiliency and lifecycle management.

• As part of a 2 year services contract with AT&T, provided program management andAgile transformation consulting to distributed Agile software development teams developing and building one of the largest OpenStack-based cloud ecosystems in production (one of the largest enterprise clouds built on OpenStack to serve all AT&T traffic for mobility, IT workloads, and Network Functions). Responsibilities included program management, consulting and collaboratively working with AT&T's leadership on improving Agile ways of working (scrum methodology, Kanban, lean process improvement), work with and provide coaching as necessary to 20-30+ scrum teams, consult on CI/CD strategy, and managing the Ericsson Dallas-based development resources working on the project.• As part of a global innovative working group, consulted with other internal units on DevOps and Agile best practices to provide strategic direction and assessments.• Worked with customer account teams, product area management, and pre-salesengagement on offerings around cloud support.• Managed team members supporting proof of concepts and trials around virtualizedproducts and cloud support solutions.
