Joined Major League Soccer and FC Dallas in April, 2010 with a professional focus on increasing annual and game-by-game ticket sales revenue for the club. Assisted in growing our sales staff from 8 sales reps to 31 in year one, while growing our season membership customer base by 300%. Assisted in growing our overall attendance by 32% in year two, including additional sold out matches over previous year. Assisted in doubling season ticket base in 2011 and 2012, respectively with additional measured revenue growth. I am tasked to contribute to the organization in an executive leadership role and in the day-to-day collaborative oversight and sales development of our ticket sales related inventory, including Season Memberships, Group Events, National Soccer Hall of Fame Community Partnerships, Luxury Suites and Premium Experiences. Our staff collectively focuses daily on increasing top-of-mind awareness and relevance throughout the corporate and soccer communites throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, North Texas and beyond.

Began as Manager, Inside Sales. Built New Business sales department model from the ground up, starting with 4 sales reps and eventually growing to 16 full time account executives. Full menu of products included Season Ticket Memberships, Mini Plans, Group Events, Suite Rentals and Luxury Products and Experiences. Surpassed sales goals and benchmarks at a clip of 22%-93% on every year over year budget in 8 seasons with the club. Also helped manage and oversee Season Ticket Renewals year to year in collaboration with Executive VP of Sales and Marketing. Reported directly to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Worked in concert with EVP and Team President to launch and build Season Ticket Advisory Board and several other annual initiatives.
