This included social media, website, content strategy (GOTHAM JOURNAL), and e-mail marketing, and other internal (offline) efforts. Working alongside Managing Partner Bret Csencsitz, it was my responsibility to craft a narrative that effectively communicated what we offered, how we did it differently, and most importantly why we existed. The goal was to broaden the guest experience beyond the four walls of the restaurant, and spark conversations that would keep us top of mind long after the guests finished their meals.
