After graduating from The United States Military Academy at West Point in 1992, Chip served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army at Ft. Carson, CO. His positions included Rifle Platoon Leader, Scout Platoon Leader, Company XO, and Battalion S-4. Chip completed his Army service in 1997 and began his career in the Construction and Real Estate industry. Over the last 20 years, Chip has held several positions of increasing responsibility in both residential and commercial real estate development and sales. He has managed thousands of projects in the US and Canada and is the Qualifier for Unlimited General Contractors Licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, New Mexico, California, and Florida.
