In 2013 we launched two new programs, ComputerCollege.biz for smaller MSPs and BiggerMSP.com for larger MSPs, both of which provide a bundled online training solution sold through IT Consultants. CT-Global is the international franchisor for Computer Troubleshooters, and parent company to CTUSA, Inc.

In 1999 I brought the Computer Troubleshooters franchise concept over to the USA by partnering with Computer Troubleshooters in Australia. We were fortunate to build a great product for the time, and from 2002-2006 we were the largest, fastest growing, IT franchise according to Entrepreneur magazine. At our peak we had over 480 locations in 33 countries, and were in the top ten franchises ranked by Franchise Business Review.

Computer Troubleshooters empowered small entrepreneurs to open their own IT consulting business as part of a global franchise network. I came on board as franchisee #21 and the first National Director (Master Franchise) in the US, and was able to grow the network to almost 250 locations around the country. We won awards from Entrepreneur magazine, Franchise Business Review, and others. In 2007 Computer Troubleshooters merged with the original franchise in Australia to become Computer Troubleshooters Global, which I ran for 5 years before selling the business to a private equity firm in 2011.

CHIPTECH was my first IT consulting business, serving small businesses throughout the Atlanta market. In 1996 we opened a retail service center in the Embry Hills area, adjacent to I-85 and I-285 for fast access to clients all around the city. In 1999 CHIPTECH became the first franchise location for Computer Troubleshooters USA and rebranded as CHIPTECH Computer Troubleshooters. In 2000 as my focus became more on the franchising side I closed CHIPTECH, and transferred the clients to the first three Computer Troubleshooters franchise locations in Atlanta.
