I have over 25 years of experience working in data warehousing and reporting. Currently, I am a Solutions Architect with Analytic Vizion, implementing "full-stack" BI solutions since 2022. Previously, I was the Director of Analytics at the largest church in the US, North Point Ministries, where I led a team of 5 analysts. We gathered, prepared, and analyzed data using SQL Server and Tableau to help pastors make data-informed decisions.Each of us had multiple responsibilities on our small team at NPM. I executed the data engineering tasks and empowered my teammates to focus on visualizations and storytelling. I architected ETL processes using an MS SQL database and SSDT, enabling new analyses from over 20 data sources. I also automated the data exchange processes for our online expense and vendor payment system supporting over 500 staff. When I’m not working, I enjoy running to stay healthy physically and mentally.
