- Operate autonomously in all facets of business, i.e., strategic planning, operations, merchandising, and marketing for Young Geniuses ; proficient in customer relations, brand positioning, revenue growth, financial management, business development, customer relations and price negotiations.

- Analyze and monitor sales records, trends and economic conditions to anticipate consumer buying patterns and determine what the company will sell and how much inventory is needed- Train and lead operation associates, and proactively solve processing-related problems- Prepare product for market distribution by comparing invoices to compliance manifest and inputting product details into the POS system- Collaborating with marketing to highlight featured products- Maintain inventory control - cycle counts, communicate needs, processing, markdowns and removal

- Provide top of the line customer service to patients and customers while facilitating sales, assist in processing, purchasing, packaging and displaying merchandise, marketing products and promotions, and participate in monthly inventory audit counts.- Analyze consumer behavior and provide the marketing team that info to adjust ad campaigns and deals accordingly- Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of cannabis, brands, and products in store- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

- Assist in preparing budgets and schedules for the GM and Assistant GM- Assist manager with processing purchase orders to inventory, open and closing procedures, and ensure operations are in order- Conduct research to formulate new sales strategies and marketing techniques- Perform cashiering, stockroom upkeep and store upkeep as needed- Provide exemplary service and attention to the customer

- Approaching each business week with objectives and plans to maximize space and opportunity- Gather, process, and seek outside/local trends and market information to keep up with latest trends and appeal to the community- Help execute successful merchandising and operational challenges for the Men's Department
