Finally, I was the Operations Manger wherein I manage the day to day operations of the firm. I worked closely with the HR Director and the President of the firm. I also held the position as the Chairperson of the Quality Control Committee wherein I oversee all efforts to maintain the Quality of the work product generated by the firm, client relations, and working environment.
